Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within one day from the date of purchase, in accordance with the laws of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry regarding cosmetics.

Conditions:

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
  
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
